Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable. Attendees of any WIN Womens Interactive Network LLC event may be photographed and/or recorded. Each attendee therefore grants WIN Womens Interactive Network LLC permission to use the attendee's image, voice and/or likeness for any marketing or promotional purposes, now or in the future, at the sole discretion of WIN-Pittsburgh. Womens Self Defense Class

All participants will be required to sign a release and waiver prior to participating. More details to follow. Space is limited.

Attire - comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move, stretch, kick and more. Tennis Shoes, socks, Towel, Water bottle

This is an actual class, not a presentation.

Leslie Sperski, the owner of Survivorz Self-Defense, is a Tae Kwon Do expert with a 5th Degree Black Belt and 27 years of experience. Count on Leslie to provide expert guidance and training on safety techniques, dedicated to empowering you.

Registration closes the day prior. No Walk-ins. Registration includes light snack, iced tea & water.
