Cancellation Policy 

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Registration for memberships, events, sponsorships, corporate packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment 

All payment is expected in advance of services. Payment only via the website card processing system are accepted methods of payment. Any payments made via checks must be approved in advance and are made payable to WIN Women’s Interactive Network LLC. Returned checks will be subject to a $45 fee plus any bank fees and other administrative costs. Parties will not be able to submit checks in the future if it happens a second time. If check does not clear and appropriate payment for membership is not made upon request and applicant pays for other events at the member rate, the applicant will be responsible for difference between member and nonmember rates of the particular event.

Due Diligence

We understand that at times, when you choose to do business with other members or event attendees that you met thru WIN or GIN, that you may not be completely satisfied with their product or service.  WIN/GIN does not endorse any particular person or organization.  We do however encourage you to do your own due diligence prior to committing time or money to a company or individual.  WIN/GIN is not responsible for any lost funds or transactions that happen between individuals or organizations.  

Waiver

Attendees of any WIN or GIN event (online or in person) may be photographed and/or recorded. Each attendee therefore grants WIN and GIN permission to use the attendees' image, voice and/or likeness in photos or videos for any marketing or promotional purposes, now or in the future, at the sole discretion of WIN and GIN.

Privacy

WIN will protect the privacy of our members, sponsors and attendees of events and any other parties affiliated with WIN. Your non-public information will not be sold or distributed to any third parties.

Right to Change

WIN expressly reserves the right to change any and all terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice or cause.

Hold Harmless

By applying for membership and filling out the membership application, I certify that the information submitted is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I hold harmless WIN Women’s Interactive Network LLC (hereinafter WIN), WIN-Spirations, Inc., the Executive Team, Advisory Council, Board or Directors, Directors, Committees, and third parties affiliated with WIN for any information that appears as or is incorrect or invalid on the feature profile or member directory. I also hold harmless WIN, WIN-Spirations, Inc., the Executive Team, Advisory Council, Board of Directors, Directors, Committees, and third parties affiliated with WIN for any personal injury, property damage or other claims that may arise by taking advantage of attending events, or other benefits associated with WIN and/or GIN.
