AGENCY REFERRALS FOR WIN WDP Participants

This page is specific to ORGANIZATIONS OR REFERRAL PARTNERS wanting to refer an individual into the WIN Workforce Development Program for services.

Access the WIN Workforce Development Intake Portal here.

Instructions for Portal:

• Create a new account. If multiple individuals within one company will send referrals, each individual will create their own account.

• When you need to refer individuals, login to your existing account (no need to create multiple).
• Click on the WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT REFERRAL FORM to submit your referral.
