In 2003 after a 25 year career in Radio and Advertising Lori recreated herself as a Business Owner – purchasing a small business- a trophy shop - from its founder.  She became a “Trophy Wife”. With a great staff and a great business Lori worked in that business – growing it – for 10 years.  Then she turned to working on the business to get it ready to sell.  Which she did in 2019.  Prior to that – in 2017 - she recreated herself again for life after being a business owner – became a Certified Professional Coach and a Certified Value Builder Advisor as she founded Catalyst Group ECR – Executive Coaching and Roundtables. 

Now Lori is focused on serving Small Business Owners – challenging them to get out of the weeds of working in their business to rising above and working “on” their business.  Also challenging owners to look to their next act in life post business ownership.  She does this through 1:1  Business Coaching programs and Peer Roundtables.  She also speaks regularly to groups on the 8 key drivers for increasing the value of your company.
