Trailblazer Award Recognition
We are honored to share the official video created by Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania in celebration of Dawn Pomaybo, President of WIN-Spirations, Inc., and recipient of the 2025 Trailblazer Award.

This video, premiered at the Carnegie Science Center during Goodwill’s Power of Work Awards, highlights Dawn’s unwavering commitment to building equitable pathways for individuals facing barriers to employment—including those with disabilities, those who are justice-involved, and individuals navigating recovery, poverty, and generational hardship.

Dawn’s leadership has shaped WIN’s mission of removing employment barriers, expanding digital literacy, strengthening workforce readiness, and helping people not only find jobs—but keep them—and build sustainable futures.

We are proud to share this special tribute and invite you to watch the video below as we continue to advance the work that inspires others to Step Up & Step Ahead.
