DONATIONS All projects are charitable in nature and fall in line with section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status for our sponsors, donors and grantors. Our projects benefits women experiencing financial hardship. GOAL: Mentor women through our WIN-Spirations program GOAL: Support partner nonprofits GOAL: Provide networking and education opportunities for women experiencing financial hardship GOAL: Provide monthly programming specific to the needs of sponsored participants for personal and professional development. GOAL: All WIN-Spiration members will participate in assessments to identify their job-fit in the market. We hold monthly lunch and learns as well as a minimum of 4 signature events throughout the year. Obtaining Fiscal Sponsorships will allow us to serve exponentially more women in need and increase our educational opportunities. |

THE WOMEN WE SERVE Women experiencing homelessness or poverty. Women in transition or crisis. Women having difficulty advancing their careers. Women experiencing hardship due to the Covid-19 crisis. Women who are interested in furthering their education, on any level. | HOW WILL PARTICIPANTS COME TO US AND PARAMETERS FOR PARTICIPATION Referrals from our partner organizations and nonprofits. Those identified through our vast social network. Website applications submitted. Targeted screening through identified economical impact areas. Local community leaders. | WHERE WE SERVE WIN-Spiration efforts will be focused in economically challenged areas in WPA area specifically Pittsburgh and Washington, PA. While we will not turn anyone away, we will make available as many scholarships as possible to participate in the programming at little to no-cost based on our grant-funding and donations. Areas targeted with consideration for current completed impact surveys. |

Fiscal sponsorship will allow us to accept donations and pursue grant funding to grow our mentorship program, expand our signature events, and serve exponentially more women in their greatest time of need.

- conducting outreach that includes underserved populations,
- by hosting events in a variety of locations,
- hosting events at accessible locations, and
- including funds in our budget to provide transportation to scholarship participants.
Fiscal sponsorship will allow us to further that mission in new ways and support even more women in their greatest times of need.
