WIN-Spirations

Our purpose is to reduce poverty and build gender equity by providing networking, professional mentoring, and education to women experiencing economic hardship. DONATIONS All projects are charitable in nature and fall in line with section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status for our sponsors, donors and grantors. Learn More Here

Fiscal sponsorship will allow us to accept donations and pursue grant funding to grow our mentorship program, expand our signature events, and serve exponentially more women in their greatest time of need.

Volunteering/Giving Back

As an organization, we are committed to giving back to our community. Every event hosted by a NA-WIN chapter offers some form of education or mentoring and networking with a purpose. Signature events and fundraising are an integral part of our mission. On a national level, Dress for Success, Susan G Komen Foundation, and other charities that support women in need, are suggested. WIN Resource Center

The Heart of WIN, our onsite facility will house all things WIN:

A location dedicated to providing affordable, appropriate professional clothing for men & women in need.
A location dedicated to the ongoing personal & professional development of those we serve through mentorship and education.
A location dedicated to providing a safe place to utilize technology and services to STEP UP & STEP AHEAD in their professional lives.
A location dedicated to the community to use our conference room for business meetings and small events to raise the awareness of the good work of WIN, GIN and WIN-Spirations.

In-Kind Donations

WIN provides an avenue for attendees of our events to give back to other women through charities. We ask that at every event, our attendees consider donating new or gently used/clean clothing and accessories which are then re-purposed and given to other charities that help women in need or women returning to the workforce.

WIN Women’s Hardship Fund (monetary donations)

All door prize raffles help to support our women’s business education fund. A woman in hardship will be provided an opportunity to attend an event at little to no cost dependent upon the qualifications &/or volunteering. You may also consider donating a WIN membership to a woman in need. Please click here for more information.

Men & Women in Transition

Designed to help all of us through one stage of life or another. In many circumstances, transitions overlap. With a change in career or family, you typically experience transformations with a host of other life events that force us willingly or otherwise to make a choice. This will provide you with a variety of tips, tools and other resources to help you live it, help you to move beyond it and hopefully to help you embrace it.
