At a young age, Tyler dealt with the challenges of obesity and body dysmorphia. These obstacles lead Tyler to athletics, strength training, and conditioning. Tyler met his, now, business partner Ryan Wade through a mutual friend and a vision was born. They now co-own Inner Strength: Physio. Fitness. Athletics. Their mission is to help middle-aged individuals get out of pain, lose weight, and get stronger to get back to doing the things they love with the people they love. Inner Strength believes in creating a network and holistic environment to keep the community out of the medical system and “on the field” whether in life, family, or business.

As I reflect on my professional career of 27 years in the medical industry, I’ve realized that there’s always been a common theme: patient service and patient outcomes. Now I understand that it’s a part of my DNA. It’s only fitting that I decided to open Steel City Men’s Clinic, a clinic specifically devoted to helping men overcome some of the same challenges I faced in my early 40s. Steel City Men’s Clinic is dedicated to service and making a positive impact on each patient we treat. As our patient, I’m confident you will get the same results I did to overcome your personal challenges, including those that impact your mind, body and spirit!

My medical journey, therefore, has been very colorful and very rewarding as I seek out what is natural and good in this world for the purpose of healing and health maintenance. This journey has led me around the world and back and has given me the opportunity to network with some of the most amazing physicians on earth. It has also put me at the forefront of cutting-edge medicine, spanning fields such as anti-aging medicine, regenerative medicine, energetic or “bio-hacking” medicine, stem cell or biologic medicine, and most recently peptide medicine. I have garnered the most experience of any other physician in the Pittsburgh tri-state area in the fields of bioidentical hormones and comprehensive men’s health and wellness.
